May the Holy Spirit join us and guide us! Loving God, You know what each one of us needs and you give it to us as we need it. Within a few days, we are going to meet for our General Assembly in Lourdes. Send upon us your Holy Spirit as on the day of Pentecost. May your Spirit light up our hearts. May it help us to discern the persons that Faith and Light needs today. May those persons be filled to overflowing with the gifts of your Spirit : wise, and ready to listen, alert, and humble, and very close to you. Come, Holy Spirit, come to our hearts. You created Faith and Light so that the little ones and the powerless, those beloved by you, could be surrounded with friendship and affection. Sharpen our minds and cleanse our hearts. Confirm each one of us in our calling to Faith and Light. Make us live like Jesus, make us live with him, now and for evermore. Amen |
