Who will roll away the stone for us?
The sealed stone of our tombs,
The stone of our habits and rejections,
The stone of our disappointments and fears!
Like the Holy Women, O Risen Jesus,
We close again our shattered dreams,
And we want to embalm Your body!
Why look for You amongst the dead?
You are not in the tomb.
You, the Prince of Life, You are Alive!
Teach us the Scriptures,
Share with us Your bread,
Come and fill us with Your joy.
