2025-2026 Guidelines

The "Faith and Light" movement was born during a pilgrimage and has now been growing for more than half a century. Throughout our common journey, spiritual guides, God’s helpers, the angels, have been accompanying us. In the Bible, their discreet presence, care and help is there with each step. They appear unexpectedly, but always in accordance with God's plan, and many of their interventions begin with the words "Do not be afraid".

This year we would like to invite you to journey with angels. Those whom God sends to the heroes of biblical stories and also those who have accompanied each one of us since our birth, our guardian angels.
Sister Faustina Kowalska first met her guardian angel during a train journey and continued to meet him in the most ordinary moments of her life. Angels are with us all the time, we just need to be able to notice their presence.

This year, four Polish provinces of the Faith and Light movement were asked to prepare the guidelines. Working together was a great joy and a wonderful spiritual experience for us. We believe that our angels accompanied us during this time. Here we offer you twelve biblical stories in which, with the help of the angels, you will find God's presence, power and mercy!
